Annmarie Lewis

As Chief Data Architect, Annmarie is responsible for leading on data architecture design and strategy across the HSBC Group. This includes the creation of a reusable set of architecture patterns and best practices for data, whilst ensuring the robust design of controls, privacy and security standards. Annmarie is an experienced architect with a strong technical background in both data and infrastructure. She joined HSBC in 2013 as the Head of Engineering for Storage and subsequently took on the creation of an Internal Cloud Platform before moving to Group Data Architecture. Prior to joining HSBC, Annmarie spent 11 years at Deutsche Bank working in a number of Infrastructure leadership roles. Annmarie received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
